Yes. All Eyecare Optics products are sourced exclusively from trusted and authorized distributors and manufacturers.
Our frames are made from premium materials such as high-quality acetate, steel, and lightweight titanium, ensuring durability, resistance to corrosion, and long-lasting performance.
- Before delivery: If you need to cancel your order before it arrives, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to stop the shipment. You may also cancel your order directly from your “Orders” tab before it is shipped.
- After delivery: If your order has already been delivered, you may return the item within 14 days of the delivery date, provided it is in its original condition. Please note that exchanges are not offered. Once your refund is processed, you may place a new order for the desired product.

After you submit your return request, we will collect your order and send it to our specialized team for inspection to ensure that Eyecare Optics’ refund policy guidelines are met. This inspection process typically takes 2–3 working days.
You will then receive an email confirming whether your return request has been approved or rejected.
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 2–4 business days.
- Bank transfers may take 7–14 business days, provided the returned product meets quality check standards.
- If rejected, the item(s) will be sent back to you along with an email explaining the reason for rejection.

Eyecare Optics currently provides fast delivery services across Egypt. Additional shipping fees may apply depending on the delivery location.
