Eyecare Optics is committed to providing reliable and efficient delivery services across Egypt. We continuously work to enhance our delivery experience and may introduce additional options in the future.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to all locations within Egypt except for the not covered areas.

Not covered areas

El Bahareya Oasis, El Salloum, Halayeb, Shalatin, Siwa Oasis, North Sinai, Arish, Abu Sembel, Taba, Nuweiba.

Delivery Timelines

• Standard delivery: 2–4 days

Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery address and order volume. Estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout.

Delivery Hours

Deliveries are scheduled between 9:00 AM and 11:59 PM.

The delivery agent will contact you before arrival to confirm your availability at the selected address.

Delivery Fees

• Free shipping on all orders
• Cash-on-Delivery fee: EGP 100

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive shipment updates and a tracking link via your registered email and mobile number.

You may also track your order by logging into My Account, entering your order number, and clicking Submit.
