You may return your order within 14 days of purchase, either online or in-store, subject to the conditions outlined below.
For in-store returns, a digital invoice or order number must be presented.
Order Cancellations
- Before delivery: Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting customer care or through the Orders tab in your account.
- After delivery: Delivered items may be returned within 14 days, provided they are in original condition. Exchanges are not offered. A new order may be placed after the refund is completed.
In-Store Purchases – Returns Policy
- The return window is 14 days from the invoice date.
- Items with manufacturing defects may be returned within 30 days.
Online Purchases – Returns Policy
- To initiate a return, visit the Orders section in your account and submit a return request.
- The return window is 14 days from the delivery date.
- Processing typically takes 2–5 days, depending on the payment method and bank procedures.
- If an order includes both returnable and non-returnable items, the entire invoice will be considered non-returnable.
- For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds are credited to the customer’s bank account within 3–7 business days.
Refund Processing
Once a return request is submitted, the item will be collected and inspected by our specialized team. Inspection typically takes 2–3 working days.
You will receive an email confirming approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds are processed within 2–4 business days.
- Bank transfers may take 7–14 business days, subject to quality approval.
- Rejected items will be returned with an explanation provided by email.
General Return Conditions
- All ophthalmic lenses are non-returnable.
- Shipping fees and cash-on-delivery fees are non-refundable.
- Items must be returned unworn, unscratched, and in their original packaging.
- Refunds are issued using the original payment method.
